“Keeping your pet healthy and happy is always our goal. From basic wellness to intensive care, our medical team is proud to offer the very best in veterinary medicine.”
Our Vets
As a University of Florida graduate, Dr. Tomlin’s philosophy of “Best Medicine” and “Well-Care” began to evolve while he was a veterinary student. He realized that keeping pets healthy allowed for longer and happier lives and strengthened the bond they share with their families. As Dr. Tomlin’s commitment to veterinary care has grown, so has his understanding that it is more cost effective to prevent disease than to treat life-threatening conditions.
Town & Country Veterinarians and Pet Resort’s mission of “Helping Your Pets Live Longer, Happier, and Healthier” was developed directly from his philosophy. Dr. Tomlin also has extensive experience in surgery, emergency care, and exotic animals including reptiles, amphibians, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, rodents, and birds.
Dr. Tomlin and his wife enjoy traveling, organic gardening, fishing, and spending time at the beach.

Offering high-quality medicine at an AAHA practice is important to Dr. Moser. She takes the time to communicate fully with her clients about their options to ensure the best treatment plan for each “fluffy family member”. She is well versed in general medicine, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, diabetes, kidney disease, and low-stress feline and canine handling and she enjoys helping pets with vomiting, diarrhea, itching, and limping. She is also experienced in treating canine patients with mast cell tumors and can perform intra-tumoral Stelfonta injections when indicated. She is in high demand as a mentor for veterinary students and student volunteers and passionately provides them with the tools to become empathetic, skilled, and confident doctors. She has published research articles on canine scent detection of human cancers and mouse pheromone detection. Dr. Moser lives locally with her husband Nathan and their cats Salad and Rutabaga and loves playing Dungeons and Dragons with her friends and snuggling every puppy and kitten she can get her hands on.
